Tech Camp
‘Tech Camp – IT Solutions in Developing Nepal’ is a 2- days free non-residential event being organized focusing on problem-solving and quick-thinking skills. Participants typically form teams and engage in intensive collaboration over a short period of time to complete an idea/ project that is of interest to them, that which depict the it solutions that can be relevant in Nepal.
Big Education Consultancy brings this camp in collaboration with Glocal Pvt. Ltd with an idea to get students engaged in creative and idea generative activities. This camp is especially for the young minds making them come together to UNDERSTAND- ANALYZE- CREATE sustainable IT solutions.
The camp is actually engraved to showcase your team’s versatility, innovative ideas, and fostering learning, with the use of the software. This project-based learning comes together to forge a technology education experience that is authentic, personal, creative, and accessible. The Tech Camp will be a platform for the young and creative minds to bringing out sustainable and impactful solutions utilizing IT skills. It will be a forum for young minds to collaborate with other learners in sharing experiences and ideas depicting present IT trends in Nepal, with the use of IT Solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
+2/ A Levels running or recently completed.
Should be a team of 2- 4 members.
Should be a Nepali Citizen.
Should be interested to compete and earn technical skills.
Should be a good team player.

Tech Camp Module
Orientation
Brief introduction about the camp and its objectives will be cleared out to the participants/ participating teams.
Idea Brainstorming
Participating teams of the camp will be assigned to identify the existing problems related to Development where they will have to have a solution for the issues they come up with.
Mentorship
For better understanding and drafting the relevant solutions and work on the same, participating teams will be guided with mentorship sessions which will surely help them to have a better plan.
Meaningful Workshops
To find a solution for any issue the only idea is not enough, there is a necessity of understanding, visualization, and skills to present. For the same, they will be facilitated with series of web workshops on- Web Technology, Project Management, Publishing Applications, GitHub Workshop along with a workshop on Elevator Pitching.
Idea Presentation
Every team will be provided with a limited time of (5 Minutes) to present their solution for the problem they selected.
Selection of Winner
As per the idea, its impact, and sustainability in getting the issue solved the best idea/ team will be selected as the winner and will be felicitated with the Winning Cash amount along with certificates and takeaways.
