The course offers a practical and theoretical approach to Project management, focusing on planning, organizing and monitoring the different aspects of the project. Participates will be able to understand the process of developing project plans and their implementation. The course will be taught having active participation in team exercises.
The main objectives of the course are to make attendees understand the need of high degree of professionalism in Project Management and the ways to achieve that. Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to manage the project accordance to the log frame. They will be familiarizing with budget flow and management, project cycle and the communication channel within the project frame.
