Day 01: Understanding Entrepreneurship
The participants will be taught the basic idea of difference between business and entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship and dimensions of the word and its relevance with other topics.
Day 02: Building Your Business Idea
Building Business ideas and the skills, demands and resources, also called as Business Ideas Ranking. SWOT Analysis. The participants were asked to fill the table of SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) in two different perspective i.e. either personal purpose or Business related will be discussed.
Day 03: Business Planning and Execution
Preparing the Business plan outline, which included sections like Name and Type of Business, Goods and Services that business produced, Targeted customers and Business Location. Preparing a Business plan outline was a very effective activity for the participants, to plan about business ideas.
