My major take away includes: Making the good decision, Focus on one goal until get done, Respect others and gain different knowledge and skill in my field and take it into action in the real world. Through this course, I learned to make good decisions, set visionary goals as a leader in my life. The facilitation was fabulous and extraordinary.
