Why take Movers Workshop on Quality Education?
● The workshop will introducethe participants to the different angles of UN SDG 4: Quality Education
● Make the youth participants aware of the multiple barriers to Quality Education especially in Asia and the Pacific.

Workshop Overview:
The Movers Workshop on Introduction to SDG 4: Quality Education is intended to guide participants to learn about the basics of SDG 4: Quality Education. This workshop is an opportunity for participants to join the Movers Programme and conduct Movers Workshops in their community.
Mover’s Workshop is initiated by UNDP Youth Co: Lab in support of Intercultural Education (ICE) to develop a community of volunteers who can take action.

Dr. Alex Reyes, Mover Facilitator, Philippines
Dr. Alex Reyes is the Founder of YESTECH IT SOLUTIONS. For over 20 years, I have worked in the area of Education. The experiences are not limited to just being an educator; it is a whole variety of fields, from being the Academic Director, owner, consultant, and to finding time in training teachers and teaching the youth. She leads her campaigns that focus on the United Nations Sustainable goals of providing Quality Education.
Mr. Alfredo Lorenzo Sablay, Movers Ambassador, Philippines
Alfredo Lorenzo Sablay is a BS – Biology graduate from De La Salle University-Manila and a Doctor of Medicine graduate from the University of Santo Tomas – Faculty of Medicine & Surgery. Since 2010, Lorenzo has been immersed in volunteer efforts for marginalized and underprivileged youth. Lorenzo is part of the organizing team of the UNDP Movers Entrepreneurship Summit, Movers x YECAP Climate Series, and the upcoming YECAP Climate Hackathon. Currently, he is also the Chief Regional Executive for Asia-Pacific of MoreViralThanTheVirus Global, Global Coordination Team Member for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change official youth constituency (YOUNGO), Program Coordinator for UNFCCC
Rubina Thapa, Aspiring Mover, Nepal
Ms. Rubina Thapa is a recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science. Being environment enthusiast, she has keen interest in climate change and sustainability. She believes sharing knowledge is the best way to bring awareness, learn and develop more, so she is engaged in Movers so as to connect with youths and learn & share knowledge to be a changemaker.
