‘Gen 20.21- It’s All about Teens’ an initiation of Glocal  Teen Hero is a webinar series that will showcase or highlight the different social issues to help teenagers understand from broader perspectives. At the same time, teenagers who are working on different SDGs in creating positive impact will get an opportunity to learn and connect with expert leaders from different countries and put forward their perceptions in their working areas.

This initiation is a part of Glocal Teen Hero in collaboration with Glocal After School (GAS) which is a learning platform/ solution for every individual to get engaged in skill development, identify their needs and interest, follow their passion, and lead their initiation.

Episode 5: Lead the LEAD – Deal the Change

It is an interactive webinar that gathers young people from different sectors in order to prepare them to develop skills that are necessary for personal growth and motivation to bring a change through their creativity. The program is based on a cognitive and experiential approach on personality development and experience sharing from promising leaders in order to develop young people to see opportunities and develop to act practically. Both experience & knowledge sharing will make an audience self-aware, motivates them to take action towards personal goals. This session guides you on things that you need to know from delegating and motivating, differing leadership styles, keeping your finger on the pulse, and planning your career ahead.
