Ms. Sadiksha Thapa is currently working as an HR Manager at Maven Consulting Group, Kathmandu. She also works as a facilitator for training sessions targeted towards graduating students and recent graduates to help them polish their professional skills. As a firm believer in coaching and learning, she is working as part time Academic Facilitator at King's College, where she shares her knowledge on various aspects of human resource management and organizational development with the students of BBA specializing in HR.
