Know your Trainer:


Ms. Sadiksha Thapa is an MBA Program/ Career & Industry Relations Manager at AITM. She is an HR Professional, Consultant, and Trainer.  She started her professional career in 2014, right after one year of volunteering with different organizations. She previously worked as a founding team member (leading the HR department) of a social enterprise working towards youth advocacy and youth empowerment. She  have worked in a couple of startups, helping them to reform their organizational policy, set office culture and develop human resource policies. Besides her full time roles, she have also worked as a facilitator for training sessions targeted towards graduating students and recent graduates to help them polish their professional skills. Her core skills includes Human Resource, Event Management, People Skills, Human Behavior, Organizational Psychology, Team Management, Content Writing, Blogs, Program Planning, Training and Workshops.
