Selection of 20 Career Catalysts
3 days TOT Training for Career Catalysts
Workshops and community-based activities led by trained Career Catalysts.
To participate in the Training of Trainers (TOT) program under the Career Catalyst initiative, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Open to individuals of age 18 – 40 years.
Active engagement in youth, community development, or social mobilization activities.
Must be a resident of the targeted cities.
Teachers, influencers, community leaders, and individuals passionate about guiding and mentoring youth are highly encouraged to apply.
Minimum academic qualification completion of higher secondary education (+2) or equivalent.
Absolute time commitment of at least 5 hours a week, till 2025.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of career development, guidance, or entrepreneurship will be an advantage (not mandatory).
Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and conduct workshops in their communities.
Passionate about youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and fostering career development.
A positive and proactive mindset to drive change and make a lasting impact in their communities.
Note: Participants will be selected based on their application, submitted documents, interviews, and alignment with the program’s objectives. Both experienced and enthusiastic individuals are welcome to apply!

Post-TOT, you will take on the role of a trainer, empowering you to organize workshops within your community. These sessions will center around career exploration, decision-making, and entrepreneurship, designed to inspire and guide local youth toward their future aspirations.
Through conducting workshops, counseling sessions, and community outreach, catalysts refine critical skills like public speaking, communication, facilitation, and reporting.
