Course overview

A structured, hands-on programme designed to help beginners and early professionals use generative AI safely and effectively at work. The course covers fundamentals of large language models, practical prompting, verification and quality control, and real workflows for writing, analysis, presentations, customer support, and content creation. Participants will build a personal AI toolkit and deliver a capstone project demonstrating measurable productivity gains.

Assessment & certification guidance

Micro-assignments after most sessions (10-30 minutes)
