According to Wikipedia- “Soft skills are a combination of interpersonal people skills, social skills, communication skills, character traits, attitudes, career attributes, social intelligence and emotional intelligence quotients among others that enable people to effectively navigate their environment, work well with others, perform well, and achieve their goals with complementing hard skills.”
The Collins English Dictionary defines the term “soft skills” as “desirable qualities for certain forms of employment that do not depend on acquired knowledge: they include common sense, the ability to deal with people, and a positive flexible attitude.”
Each researcher has a different definition to soft skills but at the end it is all about you getting personal development.
These skills are not always inherited rather you learn them though life experiences or consulting experts who help you fuel your skills.

Interaction is a way of knowing each other and getting closer. Students with the help of these skills can develop themselves mentally and emotionally as well, which is important achievement of student’s life. Soft skills are important for students as it helps them to form a meaningful relationship with others. Those who have trouble interacting with others are never able to enjoy the company of friends or any others people. Having friends around is something which is very important indeed.
2 Express themselves:
Expressing is important for any students. They frequently need to give presentations and even answer the questions with confidence. Therefore, soft skills for students are important, because they require them at times, when they need to form opinions and deliver these opinions, supporting it with adequate arguments as well as examples.
3 Learn working in team work:
Every student needs to learn to work in a team. Working with different kinds of people for a common goal can be very beneficial for everyone. Soft skills help us work in a tea, identify the common interest and lead a team. It helps us emphasize communication, trust, integrity, responsibility, and collaboration.
