Ganesh Aagam Dhungana is a developmental worker, writer and activist who studies Post graduation in Disaster Management and Livelihood Recovery in Tata Institute of Social Sciences, having graduated in Literature and Political Science from the University of Bangalore and Post graduated in Rural Development from the Tribhuvan University in Nepal. He was awarded with an honorary graduation in World Diversity from University Indonesia.
He has published two books: Vertex, a collection of stories in English on the topic of teen development and psychology; and Destination, a collection of essays on his vision for the future of Nepal.
Dhungana also serves as the International Secretary of the World Organization of Students and Youths, and has previously served as a Council Member of the US Embassy’s Youth Council in 2013, where he planned and oversaw various youth programs funded by the US Embassy in Nepal. For five years, he served as Director of Action Nepal, non-governmental organization that undertakes various awareness and development projects. Presently, he works as an Chief Program Adviser in Action Nepal, where we plans and develops various developmental projects.
