Effective Business and Inter-Gender Communication
Effective business and Inter-gender communication are correlated. It is imperative that men and women work together for achieving organizational goals and one of the critical requirements for which is effective inter-gender communication.
The session will help you better understand your communication tendencies so you can acknowledge gender differences. You will explore the communication tree, roadblocks to effective communication, interlink gender sensitization with gender empowerment and understand and learn the effective habits through series of activities and theories.
